In case you want to know how to safely remove the neck peg to change it to another one, here are easy instructions on how to do it. All you need is a blow dryer. If you don't have one, warm water will do as well. But I don't want you to burn your self with water so I much prefer you use a blow dryer.
Make sure to remove the silicone ring before applying heat to the peg. You don't want to melt the ring (I don't have any ring replacements).
Also, make sure not to apply heat to the silicone body, just the hard plastic neck peg. Here is how to do it:
