Our Commitment to Quality

We carefully work to ensure that every order is prepared and shipped with great care. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we are always happy to assist you with any concerns regarding your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

We currently offer refunds or replacements only under the following circumstances:

1. Lost Packages in Transit

If your package is confirmed to be lost during transit and does not arrive within a reasonable delivery timeframe, please contact us.

Once the shipping issue has been verified, we will gladly offer either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement shipment (when applicable)

2. Damaged Items Upon Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos showing the condition of the item and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we will gladly provide:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund when appropriate

Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or accidental purchases.

Because many of our products are carefully prepared specifically for each order and shipped internationally, we are unfortunately unable to process returns for reasons unrelated to damage or shipping issues.

We kindly ask customers to review product descriptions carefully before completing their purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns cannot be offered in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Ordering the wrong item by mistake
  • Personal preference changes after delivery
  • Minor variations that do not affect product functionality
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control
