Our products are highly specialized collectible items made using unique materials and handcrafted production methods. Because of this, certain characteristics are inherent to the products we sell and are accepted as normal product behavior rather than defects.

Product Nature & Handmade Manufacturing

All products sold by our store are handcrafted collectible dolls and accessories.

Because our dolls are individually handmade, each product may naturally vary slightly from another. Handmade production means no two dolls are perfectly identical.

By purchasing from our store, customers acknowledge and accept that:

• Each doll is individually handmade
• Minor surface imperfections may be present as part of the handmade production process
• Small marks, texture inconsistencies, subtle seams, tiny air bubbles, or other minor cosmetic variations may occur
• Minor imperfections that do not affect overall functionality or structural integrity are considered normal characteristics of handmade production
• Handmade variations are not considered product defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements

Each doll is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Material Composition

All of our dolls are manufactured using a full silicone body combined with a vinyl head.

Because silicone and vinyl are fundamentally different materials with different chemical properties, customers must understand the characteristics and limitations associated with these materials before purchasing.

By purchasing from our store, customers acknowledge acceptance of the material characteristics described below.

Skin Tone & Color Variation Disclaimer

Due to batch production methods, hand-pouring processes, material curing differences, and handmade production techniques, exact color consistency cannot always be guaranteed.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Skin tone color may vary slightly from production batch to production batch
• Slight shade variation between body parts may occur
• We do not guarantee perfect 100% color matching across all parts of the doll
• Product photos serve as reference examples only and exact color replication cannot be guaranteed

Natural color variation is a normal production characteristic and is not considered a product defect.

Silicone Material Characteristics

All doll bodies are made entirely of silicone.

Silicone is a soft, flexible, delicate material and naturally behaves differently from vinyl, resin, or harder plastics.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Silicone stains more easily than vinyl or other rigid materials
• Dark clothing, dyed fabrics, synthetic fabrics, pigments, and certain materials may transfer color onto the silicone surface
• Silicone may naturally develop creasing over time, particularly around joints or areas exposed to repeated movement, posing, bending, or pressure
• Tight-fitting clothing, prolonged compression, improper storage, or accessories may cause temporary or permanent dents, pressure marks, or surface deformation
• Over time, normal use may naturally alter the appearance or texture of silicone materials
• Silicone requires careful handling, storage, cleaning, and maintenance to preserve long-term appearance

These characteristics are natural properties of silicone material and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Vinyl Head Construction & Material Interaction

All doll heads are made of vinyl material.

Silicone and vinyl are chemically different materials. Under certain conditions, prolonged direct contact between raw silicone and vinyl may cause material interaction that can negatively affect vinyl surfaces over time.

In certain circumstances, silicone may chemically react with vinyl and cause deterioration, discoloration, surface damage, or other material degradation.

This is an inherent property of the materials themselves and not a manufacturing defect.

TPU Protective Neck Cap

To prevent direct friction and material interaction between the silicone neck and vinyl head, all of our dolls are equipped with a TPU protective neck cap.

This protective component acts as a barrier between silicone and vinyl materials and significantly reduces the risk of chemical interaction or friction-related damage during normal use.

By purchasing from our store, customers acknowledge that:

• The TPU neck cap is an intentional protective component of the doll design
• Customers should not remove, alter, modify, or replace this component
• Damage resulting from removal, misuse, modification, or improper reassembly of this component is not considered a manufacturing defect

We are not responsible for damage caused by customer modification of this protective component.

Compatibility With Other Dolls & Third-Party Products

Because silicone can chemically interact with vinyl and certain other materials, customers should exercise caution when allowing our products to come into prolonged contact with other dolls, accessories, or collectible products.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Dolls manufactured by other brands
• Vinyl dolls already owned by the customer
• Silicone dolls from third-party manufacturers
• Plasticized materials of unknown composition
• Doll accessories, stands, furniture, storage materials, or clothing not sold by our store

We are not responsible for damage caused to any dolls, collectibles, accessories, materials, or products already owned by the customer resulting from direct contact, friction, staining, chemical interaction, or prolonged exposure involving our products.

Customers assume full responsibility for safely storing, displaying, and using our products alongside other items in their collection.

Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from our store, customers agree that they are responsible for:

• Reading product descriptions carefully before purchase
• Understanding the material characteristics of silicone and vinyl products
• Handling products with proper care after delivery
• Taking precautions when dressing, storing, cleaning, or posing the doll
• Preventing material interaction with third-party dolls or accessories

Failure to properly handle products after delivery does not constitute a product defect.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy regarding eligible refunds.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Natural handmade product variations
• Minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to handmade production
• Skin tone differences between production batches
• Silicone staining caused after delivery
• Silicone creasing or dents caused by clothing, pressure, or storage conditions
• Damage resulting from improper handling after delivery
• Damage caused through interaction with third-party dolls or products

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from our store, customers agree that we are not liable for:

• Damage occurring after product delivery
• Material staining caused by clothing, dyes, pigments, or environmental exposure
• Silicone creasing, denting, pressure marks, or natural material changes over time
• Damage caused by removal or misuse of the TPU protective neck cap
• Damage caused to customer-owned dolls, collectibles, or accessories through material interaction with our products
• Customer dissatisfaction resulting from disclosed handmade or material characteristics described in these Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated policies become effective immediately once published on our website.
